How to perform this exercise?

  • Sit down on the bench and find a comfortable position
  • Place your feet on the ground to stabilize yourself
  • Start with the dumbbells in front of your chest, palms facing towards you
  • Press the dumbbells over your head in a rotating motion
  • Avoid leaning too much on the bench, only use it as a stabilizer
