Burpees

Mainly used for endurance and home workouts and is not considered a great strength exercise even though it targets your quads, glutes and calves to some degree.

How to perform this exercise?

  • Start by standing upright on the floor
  • Lie down and touch the ground with your chest
  • Get back up on your feet and make a small jump
  • Clap your hands above your head before going down again
