Butterfly Lateral Raises
Main muscles worked: Side delts, upper trapeziues, front delts
How to perform this exercise?
- Stand with your legs shoulder width apart
- Lift the dumbells out to the side (palms facing down)
- When you get to shoulder height, turn the dumbbells (thumb facing up)
- Continue the movement until the dumbells are above your head
- Lower the dumbbells in a controlled tempo
