Butterfly Lateral Raises

Main muscles worked: Side delts, upper trapeziues, front delts

How to perform this exercise?

  • Stand with your legs shoulder width apart
  • Lift the dumbells out to the side (palms facing down)
  • When you get to shoulder height, turn the dumbbells (thumb facing up)
  • Continue the movement until the dumbells are above your head
  • Lower the dumbbells in a controlled tempo
