How to perform this exercise?
- Lie on the ground with your feet either on the ground or in the air
- Hands can either be on your chest or behind your head
- Lift the upper part of your back up, in a crunching motion
- Lead with your head and aim for your thighs
- Keep your lower back on the ground
- Avoid using your arms to create momentum
