How to perform this exercise?

  • Lie on the ground with your feet either on the ground or in the air
  • Hands can either be on your chest or behind your head
  • Lift the upper part of your back up, in a crunching motion
  • Lead with your head and aim for your thighs
  • Keep your lower back on the ground
  • Avoid using your arms to create momentum
