How to perform this exercise?
- Lie down on the floor and place your heels on a sofa or an elevated surface
- Lift your body up by extending the hips
- Make sure you find a spot where you lie comfortably, and without being too close or too far away from the sofa
- Keep your head/neck in a neutral position
