How to perform this exercise?

  • Lie down on the floor and place your heels on a sofa or an elevated surface
  • Lift your body up by extending the hips
  • Make sure you find a spot where you lie comfortably, and without being too close or too far away from the sofa
  • Keep your head/neck in a neutral position
