How to perform this exercise?

  • Sit down on the bench right in the middle of the 2 cables
  • Grab one cable at a time, bring them into your chest, and lie down on the bench (shoulderblades retracted)
  • Push the cables up until your arms are almost straight, and start from the top position
  • Let the cable pull your arms back until you start feeling your chest stretching
  • You can go as far back as your shoulder mobility allows you, but stop before it starts feeling uncomfortable
  • Bring the cable back up again to the top position
  • Keep your arms slightly bent during the enitre movement
  • Avoid momentum and cheating
