Flat Dumbbell Flyes

How to perform this exercise?

  • Lie down on a flat bench and bring the dumbbells to the top position
  • With your elbows slightly bent, slowly lower the dumbbells out to each side
  • Your elbows should be below your chest at the bottom position to get a great ROM (range of motion)
  • Bring the dumbbells back to the top position by squeezing your chest together
  • Keep you elbows slightly bent during the entire movement
