How to perform this exercise?
- Lie on the ground with your legs straight and a towel under your heels (you can also just use your socks)
- Start by lifting your butt up from the ground and extend your hips
- Drag your feet towards you until your knees and heels are in line
- Keep your hips extended during the entire movement
