Hammer Curl w/Rope

How to perform this exercise?

  • Grab the rope with a neutral grip (thumbs facing up)
  • Curl the rope up as high as you can
  • Bring your elbows slightly forward as you curl
  • Lower the rope in a controlled tempo
  • Maintain the neutral grip during the entire movement
