High Cable Row w/Rope

Main muscles worked: Rear delts, trapezius (middle part), biceps

How to perform this exercise?

  • Grab the rope with your thumbs facing away from you
  • Sit down wih your legs sligthtly bent
  • Maintain an upright position by keeping your chest high
  • Pull towards the upper part of your chest, keeping your elbows high
  • Squeeze your shoulderblades together in the top position
  • Slowly let your arms come back down, but without coming too much forward with your back
