How to perform this exercise?

  • Sit down and rest your back on the pad
  • Let your arms just hang down
  • Rotate the dumbbells and curl straight up without bringing your elbows too much forward
  • Curl with both hands at the same time
  • Avoid using momentum to swing the dumbbells up
