Landmine Calf Raises

Main muscle worked: Soleus (deep calf muscle)

How to perform this exercise?

  • Place your feet on 2 plates, bend your knees and grab the bar
  • Raise your heals by extending your ankles
  • Slowly lower yourself until you’re back in the starting position
  • Make a little stop (about 1 second) at the bottom before going up again
  • Let your elbows rest on your knees/thighs
