How to perform this exercise?

  • Find a comfortable sitting position and place your feet on the lower part of the pad
  • When pressing, make sure you at least get your thighs to a horizaontal position 
  • Keep your knees over toes during the entire movement
  • Avoid “over-extending” your knees in the top position
  • Also, make sure you don’t go so deep that your lower back starts rounding
