How to perform this exercise?
- Find a comfortable sitting position and place your feet on the lower part of the pad
- When pressing, make sure you at least get your thighs to a horizaontal position
- Keep your knees over toes during the entire movement
- Avoid “over-extending” your knees in the top position
- Also, make sure you don’t go so deep that your lower back starts rounding
