How to perform this exercise?

  • Grab the bar with a grip where you feel comfortable and strong (a little wider than shoulder width)
  • Stabilize your core and squeeze your glutes
  • Press the bar over your head
  • Keep your elbows under the bar during the press
  • Avoid leaning too much backwards
  • Be careful so you don’t hit your chin on the way up
