How to perform this exercise?

  • Find a comfortable seated or standing position
  • Bring the dumbbell over your head and extend your arms
  • Bend your arms as far back as your mobility allows you to (elbows at least at 90 degrees)
  • Extend your arms, keeping your elbows as forward as possible
  • Keep your elbows close to your head during the enitre movement
  • Stabilize your core
