How to perform this exercise?

  • Adjust the seat height (elbows should be slightly lower than your chest)
  • Find a comfortable seated position and place your legs on the ground
  • Keep your elbows sligthly bent and bring the bars all the to the front
  • Lower the bar until your elbows are parallel to your chest or slightly behind
