Power Jumps

Power jumps are great for developing explosive strenght in your legs. They can also be used as an exercise for endurance and to create a lot of stress in your thighs. 

How to perform it?

  • Sit down until your thighs are parallel to the ground, or slightly below
  • Touch the ground with your hands and jump as high as you can
