Main muscles worked: Rear delts, trapezius (middle part), upper back
How to perform this exercise?
- Find a comfortable seated position
- Adjust the height so that your wrists, elbows and shoulders are in line
- Start the movement by pulling your arms back, keeping your elbows slightly bent
- Squeeze your shoulderblades together
- Work in a great ROM (range of motion), as far back as your mobility allows you to, without feeling any shoulder pain
