Reverse Pec Deck

Main muscles worked: Rear delts, trapezius (middle part), upper back

How to perform this exercise?

  • Find a comfortable seated position
  • Adjust the height so that your wrists, elbows and shoulders are in line
  • Start the movement by pulling your arms back, keeping your elbows slightly bent
  • Squeeze your shoulderblades together
  • Work in a great ROM (range of motion), as far back as your mobility allows you to, without feeling any shoulder pain
