Seated Calf Raises
Main muscle worked: Soleus (deep calf muscle)
How to perform this exercise?
- Place your feet on the step/pad, toes facing forward
- Stand on the balls of your feet (about 1/3 of your foot)
- Raise your heals by extending your ankles
- Work in a controlled tempo on the way down
- Make a little stop at the bottom before going up again
