How to perform this exercise?
- Find somwhere to hold (this is to keep your balance) and go up on your toes
- Slowly lower yourself towards the ground by bending your knees, but while keeping your hips extended
- Push yourself up again by using your quads
- By keeping your hips extended you take the glutes out of the movement
- Try to maintain a straight line between your knees, hips and shoulders
