How to perform this exercise?

  • Find somwhere to hold (this is to keep your balance) and go up on your toes
  • Slowly lower yourself towards the ground by bending your knees, but while keeping your hips extended
  • Push yourself up again by using your quads
  • By keeping your hips extended you take the glutes out of the movement
  • Try to maintain a straight line between your knees, hips and shoulders
