How to perform this exercise?

  • Stand in a comfortable position with the cables in front of you (in shoulder height)
  • Start by stretching your arms (aka by letting the cable pull your arms backwards)
  • You can go as far back as your shoulder mobility allows you, but stop before it starts feeling uncomfortable
  • Bring the cable forward to the starting position by squeezing your chest together
  • Keep your arms slightly bent during the enitre movement
  • Avoid cheating and momentum
