How to perform this exercise?

  • Find a comfortable seated or standing position
  • Bring the dumbbell over your head and extend your arm
  • Bend your arm as far back as your mobility allows you to (elbows at least 90 degrees)
  • Extend your arm, keeping your elbow close to your head
  • Stabilize your core
