How to perform this exercise?
- Find a comfortable seated or standing position
- Bring the dumbbell over your head and extend your arm
- Bend your arm as far back as your mobility allows you to (elbows at least 90 degrees)
- Extend your arm, keeping your elbow close to your head
- Stabilize your core
