How to perform this exercise?

  • Walk across the floor while alternating legs
  • Take a step that allows you to get your thighs down to a horizontal position
  • Sit down in a controlled tempo, while focusing on keeping your knee in line with your toe
  • Keep your torso in a comfortable position
  • I prefer to be more upright, but there’s nothing wrong with leaning slightly more forward as well
