How to perform this exercise?
- Walk across the floor while alternating legs
- Take a step that allows you to get your thighs down to a horizontal position
- Sit down in a controlled tempo, while focusing on keeping your knee in line with your toe
- Keep your torso in a comfortable position
- I prefer to be more upright, but there’s nothing wrong with leaning slightly more forward as well
